TERMS OF SALE, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. GENERAL INFORMATIONThese terms govern the purchase of Econic One electric bikes from E-Drive OOD (Е-драйв ООД), UIC 207528301, 25 Charles Darwin St., apt. 67, Iztok district, Sofia, Bulgaria (referred to as "E-Drive").
The website e-drive.bg is used for submitting purchase enquiries. The sale is finalised by signing a handover protocol and issuing an invoice.
2. PURCHASE PROCESS2.1. Submitting an enquiry
The customer submits an enquiry via the contact form on the website or directly by phone or email, specifying the desired model, size and colour.
2.2. Confirmation
E-Drive contacts the customer within 1 business day to confirm availability, clarify details and agree on the delivery or collection method.
2.3. Finalisation
The purchase is considered concluded upon signing a handover protocol and payment of the agreed price.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTAll prices on the website are in euros (EUR) inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made by one of the following methods:
• Bank transfer to E-Drive's account
• Cash on delivery via Econt courier
E-Drive does not accept online card payments. Invoices are issued to both individuals and legal entities.
4. DELIVERY4.1. Delivery options
• Courier delivery via Econt to the customer's address — within 3 business days of order confirmation
• Collection in person — by prior arrangement with E-Drive
4.2. Important note on assembly
Econic One bikes are delivered in a partially assembled factory configuration. Full assembly requires fitting the front wheel, pedals and adjusting components. E-Drive provides assembly instructions. Professional assembly at an authorised service centre can be arranged upon request.
4.3. Damage in transit
Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the packaging for visible damage. If damage is found, the customer should refuse delivery or request an inspection in the presence of the courier. Hidden defects discovered after unpacking must be reported to E-Drive within 48 hours.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS5.1. Withdrawal period
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the bike, without giving any reason.
5.2. Conditions for accepting a return
For a return to be accepted, the bike must be in its original commercial condition:
• Unassembled, unridden and free from any signs of use
• No accessories fitted or adjustments made
• In original packaging with all documents and accessories included
Important: Due to the nature of the product (assembly required for use), any assembly, fitting or test riding constitutes use and renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
5.3. Withdrawal procedure
The customer must notify E-Drive in writing (by email or letter) before returning the bike. Sending the bike without prior notification is not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
5.4. Costs upon withdrawal
• The cost of return shipping to E-Drive is borne by the customer
• Upon an accepted withdrawal, the amount is refunded using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the bike
• If a return is refused (due to signs of use), the cost of return shipping to the customer is also borne by the customer
6. WARRANTY6.1. Warranty periods
• Core electrical components (motor, controller, display, electrical system): 24 months
• Battery: 12 months for manufacturing defects
6.2. Warranty coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. In the event of a valid warranty claim, E-Drive will at its discretion: repair the defective component; replace it with a new or refurbished component; or replace the bike with an equivalent one in good working condition.
6.3. The warranty does not cover
• Normal wear and tear of consumables (chain, brake pads, tyres, cables)
• Mechanical damage from impact, falls or misuse
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, direct sunlight or extreme temperatures
• Unauthorised repair or modification
• Use of non-original components, batteries or chargers
• Deep battery discharge due to prolonged storage without charging
6.4. Warranty claim procedure
The customer must notify E-Drive within 5 business days of discovering a defect at: info@e-drive.bg or +359 888 901 405, providing a description of the issue and photos or video where possible. E-Drive will carry out a diagnosis and propose a solution within a reasonable timeframe.
6.5. Shipping for warranty claims
• The customer bears the cost of shipping to E-Drive's service centre: promishlena zona Iliyantsi, bul. "Rozhen" 31
• For accepted warranty claims: E-Drive covers the return shipping cost
• For rejected warranty claims: the customer bears the return shipping cost
7. LIABILITYE-Drive is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, modification or failure to follow the instructions for use and maintenance. Once the purchase is finalised, the bike becomes the property of the customer and E-Drive bears no liability for theft, loss or intentional damage.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTESThese terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
Customers have the right to submit complaints to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMSE-Drive reserves the right to update these terms. The current version is always available at e-drive.bg. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
